On the menu:
 Homemade apple juice and a hot drink of your choice: Ricoré, hot chocolate or coffee.
 A mini quiche lorraine with a mixed salad, a soft-boiled egg and bread sticks.
Madeleines and buttered or chocolate-spread toast for the early morning.
To finish, ‘Granny’s Lorraine Bubble’: a mirabelle plum kefir.
