L'Atelier à Pâtes, located in Thiéfosse in the Hautes Vosges, is an artisanal company founded in 2012, specializing in the production of fresh and dry pasta. It makes the most of local raw materials such as free-range eggs from Basse-sur-le-Rupt, organically grown plants (wild garlic, nettle), saffron from Plombières-les-Bains, as well as petit-épeautre from Lorraine.
The pasta, shaped with bronze molds and dried at low temperatures, retains all its aromas. The atelier stands out for its original shapes and unique flavors (porcini, lemon, saffron), as well as a range dedicated to athletes and people with gluten intolerance.
L'Atelier à Pâtes proposes different ranges of fresh pasta every week, with unique flavors and always made from local raw materials. In addition to its handcrafted production, the workshop organizes guided tours throughout the year by reservation, offering visitors the chance to go behind the scenes of production. During school vacations, free guided tours take place Monday to Friday on reservation.
