pasta workshop
Presentation
L’Atelier à Pâtes, located in Thiéfosse in the Hautes Vosges, is an artisan company founded in 2012, specialising in the production of fresh and dried pasta. It uses local ingredients such as free-range eggs from Basse-sur-le-Rupt, organically grown plants (wild garlic, nettles), saffron from Plombières-les-Bains, and small spelt from Lorraine. The pasta, shaped using bronze moulds and dried at low temperatures, retains all its flavour. The workshop stands out for its original shapes and unique flavours (porcini mushrooms, lemon, saffron), as well as a range dedicated to athletes and people with gluten intolerance. Every week, L'Atelier à Pâtes offers different ranges of fresh pasta, with unique flavours and always made from local ingredients. In addition to its artisanal production, the workshop organises guided tours throughout the year by reservation, offering visitors the opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes of the manufacturing process. During school holidays, free guided tours take place at 10:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday by reservation. Reservations must be made by telephone.
